As the President of Eastern Time, a Division of Sciens Building Solutions, LLC Chuck oversees strategy and direction of the Allentown division and works with Sciens leadership in identifying potential companies for acquisition. He is originally from Dunmore, PA, but has resided in the Lehigh Valley since 1977 with his wife, Gail. He was born into a hard-working family and raised with a high sense of morals, honesty, strong work ethics, and community. Being raised without prejudice has earned him acceptance with all groups of color, ethnicity and social status. Upon graduation from Dunmore High School, he went on to earn his Electrical Engineering Technology degree from Penn State University. He immediately began his career in the life safety systems industry, where he worked in technical support and sales design until he believed that he could offer the highest quality standards of life safety solutions with a personal touch, in his own business. In 1982, at the age of 30, he began his journey, as the founder of Eastern Time, Inc. in the field of Life Safety Systems Integration. Chuck utilized his Electrical Engineering knowledge, sales design, system integration and business process skills acquired over more than 40 years as a working founder to build a company committed to team management and cost-effective life safety systems integration design. He built a “Customer Safety First” commitment as the founding core that continues throughout every fiber of Eastern Time, Inc. His statement of: “We will meet or exceed the unique needs of every customer and support their products locally” has set the stage for Eastern Time, Inc. to be known and trusted universally. Chuck is one of the most trusted and respected local names in our industry, known for his commitment to innovation, quality, integrity and value. Chuck is a member of several local, and national organizations and continues to serve on committees to the White House helping to rebuild the economy, and aid in greater focus on Vocational Skills training and aid in our goals of strengthening our economy by building products in America, and cutting dependence on foreign manufacturing. He enjoys a full life with his childhood bride Gail, and works with both sons, Marc & Bryan, who are great leaders, partners and officers in the family business. Chuck has enjoyed a passion as an avid American motorcycle enthusiast since his teenage years. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting, building and restoring American motorcycles. He can also be found on many weekends, competing in sanctioned, competitive drag racing events, which he has done for over 25 years.

As Vice President of Business Development, Bryan focuses on nurturing key customer accounts by ensuring that technology remains up to date, customers are well informed, and relationships grow alongside the Eastern Time division. He places a strong emphasis on educating both existing and prospective clients about the Sciens Service Suite (S3) package, which enables Eastern Time to effectively manage all fire and life safety needs through a single point of contact.  Bryan joined Eastern Time in 2007, spending the first half of his career in sales before transitioning into operations, where he led our service and construction departments. He has since moved into business development, where his deep experience in the life safety industry allows customers to rely on him. His personality, communication style, and commitment to customer service ensure that clients receive the same ethical and honest treatment that his father, Charles Rizzo, instilled when he founded Eastern Time, Inc. in 1982.  Bryan specializes in fire alarm, access control, and CCTV technologies, with a focus on the casino, corporate, industrial, healthcare, and educational vertical markets. He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he wrestled for the Terrapins. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling abroad with his wife and four children, coaching wrestling, listening to music, and photography.

As the General Manager of Eastern Time, a Division of Sciens Building Solutions, LLC he assumes a leadership role overseeing all business operations and guiding the team to success. His academic background includes an MBA in Project Management from DeSales University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Drexel University, reflecting a solid foundation in both strategic planning and business administration. Marc's expertise shines in the realm of fire alarm and nurse call system design, with a keen focus on healthcare, corporate, and industrial vertical markets. His commitment to building enduring relationships is evident in the value he delivers to customers, coupled with an unwavering dedication to overcoming any obstacles encountered. Beyond the professional sphere, Marc finds fulfillment in his personal life, enjoying his moments with his wife, two young children, and dog, Chase. His recreational pursuits include engaging in CrossFit, yoga, golf, and the occasional concert. Marc's leadership, combined with his practical project management skills and entrepreneurial acumen, positions him as a dynamic force within Eastern Time, driving success and fostering a collaborative and innovative business environment.
