Project Manager
General Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be working with the management team, sales team, customers and Eastern Time technicians towards successful execution for a range of commercial projects. The Project Manager will work with the sales and engineering team to determine the technical requirements for the scope of a project, including equipment logistics, scheduling, installation guidance, site requirements and CAD plan review. The Project Manager will work with the construction and sales teams in the planning, scheduling and management of qualified technicians, as needed, for each project, including projects with multiple systems and site locations. The Project Manager will also coordinate, well in advance, the scheduling, and often attending, site surveys as determined by individual project requirements.

- High level understanding of the commercial construction industry
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills both verbally and electronically
- Ability to understand technical and regulatory code requirements
- Detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time, managed through a series of milestones and within or below budget
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
- Utilize Eastern Time construction process and project management concepts
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
- Professional presentation
- Must be able to multi-tasking in a busy environment
- The ability to travel to project sites as needed
